"We have a mental block inside us that stops us from earning more than we think we are worth. If we want to earn more in reality, we have to upgrade our self-concept." - Brian Tracy

I think this applies to other areas of life as well, not just our financial worth.

But let's start there, because it's a good example to get the point across.

When we worry about something, and the thoughts become like a movie reel playing over and over again in our heads, guess what? Those thoughts are going to become reality. So, someone who is constantly worrying about money and saying, I don't have enough, I don't have enough, will constantly find themselves without enough. Instead, a good affirmation to repeat is - I have more than enough. Even if it doesn't seem like it, Suze Orman advises people to say that, as they work their plan to get out of debt or whatever.

I know it's hard to keep those negative voices completely at bay, but that's why we should have positive phrases ready so we have something to say when the negative voice starts talking.

The writing biz can be a lonely and depressing one. It's hard work writing a book. It's hard work getting that book published. Have phrases ready to go to pop in when the movie reel starts to play that has the sad violin music in the background. If you are constantly worrying and thinking about what *isn't* happening, guess what? Those thoughts will manifest themselves into reality. Instead, speak the positive.

"I will finish this book and it will be something I can revise into something great!: Or if you need something shorter, just go with - "I am successful."

Some other affirmations from the other day, that people shared, are good ones too:

I am ready to embrace success.
Someone is waiting to hear my story.
My words will make a difference.

Have a great day!
